Lauren Pasqua, PsyD

Dr. Pasqua has always been passionate about working with families, and especially with mothers. During her internship and fellowship training, Dr. Pasqua had the opportunity to support parents with babies in the NICU, families struggling to adjust to parenting an infant, and caregivers needing support with trauma and attachment in early childhood. Dr. Pasqua founded Connections Child and Family Center, a local practice focused on supporting children and families, in 2018. Supporting pregnant and postpartum families was always part of her vision. 

When Sherry Duson, founder of CPFH, shared that she was ready to step down from leadership, Dr. Pasqua knew that CPFH had to continue serving families in Texas. Dr. Pasqua acquired CPFH in 2024 and Sherry Duson stepped into a new role at CPFH as clinical consultant and trainer. This synchronous relationship will carry CPFH into its next era serving mothers and families across Texas.
