Hannah McDonald, LMFT-Associate
Hi, I’m Hannah McDonald
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
I help moms, dads, and couples work through the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. This time can be exciting—but also really hard. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not like yourself, you're not alone. I’m here to give you a safe, supportive space to talk it out, feel understood, and start to feel better.
For Moms: You Deserve Support
Motherhood brings a lot of changes, and it’s okay if it feels like too much sometimes. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, sad, or unsure of yourself. Maybe your relationship feels different, or you’re struggling to keep up with everything. You don’t have to do it all on your own.
I’m here to listen and help you find ways to feel more like yourself again—calmer, stronger, and more confident in this new season of life.
For Dads: You're Not Alone
Dads face a lot of pressure too, but it often goes unnoticed. You might be trying to stay strong for your family while also feeling stressed, lost, or unsure of how to support your partner—or yourself.
I help dads talk through what’s on their mind and figure out how to handle all the changes that come with parenthood. It’s okay to ask for support, and I’m here when you’re ready.
For Couples: Parenting Changes Everything
Having a baby can bring couples closer—or pull them apart. Maybe you're arguing more, feeling distant, or just not on the same page like you used to be. That’s really common.
I work with couples who want to reconnect, talk more openly, and feel like a team again. Whether you're preparing for a baby or adjusting to life after birth, we’ll work together to rebuild your connection and strengthen your relationship.
Why I Do This Work
I love helping families during this big, life-changing time. Becoming a parent is full of emotions, and sometimes it can feel like too much. I’m here to help you slow down, figure things out, and feel more supported. You don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to walk with you, help you feel stronger, and give you the tools you need to care for yourself and your family.
A Little About Me
When I’m not working, I spend time with my fiancé, family, and friends. I love relaxing with a good psychological thriller, checking out new coffee shops, and traveling when I can. I believe in the power of connection, asking for help when you need it, and taking time for yourself. That’s something I try to live by—and something I help my clients do too.
