Rates

$130-210 per hour. Co-payments, deductibles, and ALL session fees are due at the time of service.

Insurance

We have some providers who can accept the following insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United/Optum/Oscar, Tricare, Modern Health, and Aetna. This varies by provider. 

For other insurances, we offer a receipt for out-of-network claims.

Payment

We accept major credit cards as forms of payment.

Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account funds can be used for services, offering tax benefits.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the late fee ($100 per hour).
