New Changes at CPFH
We are pleased to share some exciting news regarding The Center Postpartum and Family Health (CPFH). We are honored to announce that CPFH has been acquired by Connections Child & Family Center, a practice dedicated to family-centered, trauma-informed mental health care.
This transition reflects our shared commitment to providing high-quality, specialized support for perinatal and family mental health. We are especially pleased to inform you that, under our new ownership, CPFH will now accept insurance for billing. We understand that access to insurance coverage is essential for many clients, and we hope this change will make it easier for your patients to receive the support they need.
What This Means for You and Your Clients:
Expanded Access through Insurance: CPFH will now accept insurance, which we believe will be greatly appreciated by both clients and referral partners. Our goal is to make high-quality perinatal and family mental health care more accessible to those who need it.
Continued Services: All existing services and therapeutic programs at CPFH will continue uninterrupted, with additional resources and support from our integrated team. Appointments will be available for teletherapy throughout Texas, and in-person sessions in The Woodlands.
Seamless Referral Process: You may continue to refer clients to CPFH in the same way as before. The CPFH phone number and referral contact points will remain the same.
Our Commitment to Continuity and Quality: Sherry Duson, LMFT-S, the founder of CPFH, will remain involved during the transition period, providing consultation and training to ensure continuity of services and a smooth handoff.
Together, we aim to enhance CPFH’s perinatal and family support services, providing even broader access to high-quality care.
Please feel free to reach out to Dr. Lauren Pasqua, the new Executive Director directly at dr.lauren@connectionsfamilycenter.com if you have any questions or would like to discuss the transition further. She would be delighted to personally introduce herself and share more about her plans to build upon CPFH’s strong foundation.
Thank you for the trust and partnership you’ve shown to CPFH over the years. We look forward to working with you closely as we move forward in this next chapter, united in our mission to support the health and well-being of families in our community.
