At The Center for Postpartum & Family Health (CPFH), we believe that every mother, birthing parent, and family deserves compassionate, expert care during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Our mission is to offer comprehensive perinatal support, including therapy, psychoeducation, and collaborative care with medical providers.
We are growing our team and looking for passionate licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD) with experience in perinatal mental health.
If you are PMH-C certified or eligible to pursue your Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, we encourage you to apply!
What You'll Do
✅ Provide individual, couple, and group therapy to clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and early parenthood
✅ Use evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, IPT) tailored to perinatal clients
✅ Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, pediatricians, and other providers for integrative care
✅ Support clients experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), birth trauma, attachment concerns, or role transitions
✅ Educate and empower parents to strengthen emotional resilience and family well-being
✅ Maintain clinical documentation and engage in ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Independently Licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD) in Texas
- PMH-C certification (or eligibility to pursue PMH-C) through PSI
- Clinical experience in perinatal mental health
- Training in trauma-informed care, attachment-based approaches, or reproductive mental health preferred
- Compassionate, client-centered therapist who values collaboration and ongoing learning
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment
