Announcement Regarding CPFH and Covid-19
Dear friends and clients of The Center for Postpartum Family Health,
As directed by the Center for Disease Control, our center will be making modifications during the coronavirus pandemic, to insure the health and safety of our clients, and our staff. All of our therapists will be available for teletherapy, a counseling option for seeing your therapist on-line.
This is a safe, private and easy way for you to continue your work with your therapist, or schedule with one of our therapists for the first time. If you are already working with someone, contact your therapist to discuss modifications to your regularly scheduled appointment. If you are scheduling for the first time, contact our receptionist, Darbi, to make an appointment.
If teletherapy is not an option, and you would like to see your therapist in person, we will be practicing the following recommended guidelines:
We are here for you, and are ready to provide service to whomever needs it.
Finally, if you are finding yourself anxious and stressed about the uncertainty of these times (and who isn't!) we recommend the following self-care practices, to help you cope.
We will get through this together, and as always, CPFH is here for you.
