Each of us is on our own path throughout life with unique challenges and transitions. As such, the therapeutic process is not one size fits all and will be tailored to meet you where you are at in your journey.

Rachel has experience working with children and adults dealing with anxiety, self-esteem, grief, depression, sexual assault, domestic violence, life transitions, work/life balance, life stressors, relationships, and women’s issues. She is especially passionate about helping new moms and families navigate pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and beyond. She has specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Rachel is committed to providing a supportive, non-judgmental, safe space to help you develop new tools and make positive changes in your life so that you can heal, move forward, and re-write your story.
